“I hired Samantha in January 2017 to help me design and purchase the interior furnishings for a new cottage on Georgian Bay, and to update the interior of two other cottages next door. Throughout the 8 month process she was completely attentive and timely. From February when we began to choose and purchase goods, to July and August when the goods were all delivered, she listened carefully to my vision and then went to work to make it happen. Her extensive knowledge of product and vendors meant she did hours of legwork and previewing which I was unable to do from my home in Texas. When I arrived in town for the purchasing trip she had narrowed down my choices to the two or three best in each category, meaning my husband and I were able to choose everything within a day. Once the goods were in stock, and the new cottage was finished, Samantha managed a very complicated delivery. She arranged for a delivery company to pick up goods from the various warehouses at which they were housed, and co-ordinated the timely arrival of that truck to coincide with other vendor deliveries that all had to get on a barge and be carried to my water-access only location. A second wave of deliveries were equally well managed, and in the final days before each Samantha spent hours making my last minute requests happen. She was present on site for the installation, and while there was very little damage or breakage, she made sure anything that did need correction was quickly and efficiently taken care of without stress and hassle to us. Samantha is an artist and a professional who listens to her clients, has extensive knowledge and advice about product quality, design and manufacture which she shares as she helps guide her clients to the final result they want to achieve. She researches requests extensively and gives great options for the client to choose from, she meets deadlines, manages timetables and presents options that are well within budget guidelines.
